Private one on one mandatory classe of 1:30 to be taken by all new members before entering the regular group classes. You will be asses by our head coach in order to find if any major problem is to address prior to start a fitness program. At the end of your evaluation your head coach will design a personal / specific warm-up including mobility and activation exercices you’ll do before every sessions. This specific warm up will prepare you for hi intensity, will reduce the risk of injury and strengthen your weaknesses. We’ll also talk about your goals and recommend you which of our 10 programs would help you better to achieve your fitness goals.
