Following your numerous comments (and the busy schedule of the CrossFit season 😅), we’ve decided to postpone our event to Saturday, September 6, 2025.
💡Last year, our fall competition was a huge success—a fiery atmosphere, great energy, and an incredible turnout. So, we’ve chosen to be conservative this year and focus on a date that works!
✅ Registration remains open. 💰 If you’ve already registered, you can keep your spot or request a refund immediately—it’s your choice.

📝 How to Register?
✅ Step 1: Pay online via the registration link.
✅ Step 2: The team captain must send an email to crossfitpro1@gmail.com with:
• Team Name
• Team Members’ Names & Contact Info
• Gym Name (if you’d like it printed on your coroplast)
📩 Captains will receive an email closer to the event with the full schedule and competition details!
💰 Registration Fee:
🔹 Early Bird (Until July 1, 2025, at noon): $224.99/team
🔹 Standard (After July 1, 2025, at noon): $269.99/team
🏆 Prize Money per Division (MM & FF):
🥇 1st Place: $500
🥈 2nd Place: $250
🥉 3rd Place: $150
💵 (Cash prizes guaranteed regardless of the number of registrations!)
💪 Competition Details:
Each team consists of two men (MM) or two women (FF).
🔹 Minimum 4 Events (Top 5 teams advance to the final event)
🔹 Warm-up area available

📋 Competition Standards:
✔ Strict Handstand Push-ups (4 reps)
✔ Handstand Walk (5 feet)
✔ Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups (4 reps)
✔ Double-Unders (30 reps)
✔ Box Jump: M = 30”, F = 24”
✔ Squat Snatches (3 reps at 105/75lbs in 1 min)
✔ Squat Clean & Jerks (3 reps at 155/105lbs in 1 min)
✔ Deadlifts (5 reps at 205/135lbs)
✔ Overhead Squats (3 reps at 105/75lbs)
✔ Wall Balls (12 reps at 20/14lbs to 9’/10’)
✔ One-Arm Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (10 reps at 50/35lbs)
✔ Kettlebell Swings (10 reps at 32/24kg, overhead)
✔ Rope Climb (14′)
