CrossFit Mini-Kids

Description:

Parent-child CrossFit introductory class given by Roch Proteau, owner and trainer. The class is designed for children between 2 and 4 years old. The parent accompanies and encourages their child and performs the movements with him/her.

The child and parent must be in training gear with shoes.

The classes last 30 minutes and is oriented towards a system of learning the
basic movements used in the CrossFit methodology. The classes help participants to develop their flexibility, strength, speed, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, coordination, power, agility, balance and precision. The class is held in the form of stations and courses.

Group of 10 participants maximum.

Absence:

Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, credited or refunded.

Schedule:

Option 1:

Thursday from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Duration: 15 classes
Start: January 16, 2025
End: May 8, 2025
*No classes on Thursday, March 6, 2025 and April 17, 2025.

Option 2:

Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Duration: 15 classes
Start: January 18, 2025
End: May 10, 2025

Option 3:

Thursday from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm & Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Cost of the session:

1 time per week (Thursday or Saturday)

CrossFit Kids

Description:

CrossFit training class given by Roch Proteau, owner and trainer. The class
is for children aged between 5 and 9 years old. The child will perform mini WOD (Workout Of the Day) adapted to their physical and technical abilities. The child must be in training gear with shoes.

Classes are oriented towards a system of learning the

develop their flexibility, strength, speed, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, coordination, power, agility, balance and precision.

Group of 8 participants maximum.
