Each class offers movement alternatives adapted to the different postnatal phases of the participants in order to provide safe progression in a motivating environment!

Classes are given by Josée Bélanger; kinesiologist & specialised in perinatal training.

***No experience required.

Schedule

2 sessions per week.

2 active groups:

  • group A on Mondays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am & on Thursdays from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm
  • group B on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
