Crossfit Games 2018 (part 2)

Pro 1 Montreal is the only team headed to the 2019 CrossFit Games and we are proud to inspire and shed light on the sport of CrossFit.

Our hope is to encourage the community of Quebec to move a little more, push their limits and achieve strength they never knew could be possible.
