Inclusive – Programs designed to meet individual goals and abilities. Beginners and athletes have different needs: we understand this reality!
Flexible – No need to sign up for a specific class: arrive whenever you want, leave whenever it suits you. During supervised hours, a coach will always be present to guide you. Outside of these hours, the gym remains open for Open Gym all day, giving you maximum flexibility and access.
Safe – Daily mobility and activation. Workouts are prescribed based on your personal level rather than a group setting. Exercises, weights, and intensity are adjusted to provide a semi-personalized program at no extra cost.
