01 · The coaching

Individual support, built for you

Our experienced trainers offer personalized plans and individual support to help you reach your full potential — whether post-injury, competition prep, or simply a specific goal of yours.

  • Personalized workouts — tailored to your goals, your schedule, your body.
  • Expert advice — technique, programming, nutrition if needed.
  • Continuous motivation — someone keeping you accountable and pushing you.
02 · Who it's for

Who is personal training for?

Post-injury

Return to training safely, in coordination with your physiotherapy follow-up — our physiotherapist practices right at the gym.

Competition prep

CrossFit, HYROX, running, team sports: a programming block built around your date and your weak points.

Complete beginners

Never set foot in a gym? Private coaching is the gentlest way in: zero comparison, solid foundations, progress at your own pace.

Tight schedules

Efficient sessions planned around your agenda — the coach adapts to you, not the other way around.

03 · Your coaches

Your coaches: four paths, one team

Every coach arrives with their own certifications and their own path: a head coach with 30 years in the craft, a specialist in beginners and pre/postnatal, a coach out of artistic gymnastics, and a physiotherapist practicing on site.

Together that covers a lot of ground — technique and long-term programming, assessing your condition, adapting around an injury, a chronic condition, a pregnancy or a return to activity after a long break. You don't have to pick the right door: we point you to whoever's expertise fits your goal and your history, and they work together.

Frequently asked questions

Personal training — your questions

How much does a personal trainer cost at PRO1?
Pricing depends on the frequency and formula you choose. Write to us or book your first visit: we'll discuss your goals and suggest the formula that fits, no pressure.
How is it different from group classes?
In private coaching, your trainer builds every session for you: assessment, individualized programming, continuous technical corrections. It's the fastest path to a specific goal — post-injury, competition prep, or a structured return to fitness.
I'm coming back from an injury — is this a good option?
Yes. Our trainers regularly work with post-injury clients, and Camille Vigneault, physiotherapist, practices right at the gym. Personal training allows safe progression, aligned with your physiotherapy follow-up.
Who will be coaching me?
It depends on your goal and your history. The team brings together a head coach with 30 years in the craft, a specialist in beginners and pre/postnatal, a coach out of artistic gymnastics, and a physiotherapist practicing on site. We point you to the right person on your first visit — and they talk to each other.
How many sessions per week do I need?
Most clients progress well with 1 to 2 private sessions per week, often combined with group classes or Open Gym in between. Your coach recommends a frequency based on your goal and budget — and adjusts it as you go.
Do you offer semi-private training?
Yes — 2 to 4 people with the same personalized coaching. The cost per person drops and team motivation does the rest. Perfect with friends, as a couple or between colleagues.
