In Montreal's Southwest, on the border of Verdun. Steps from Saint-Henri, Atwater and Pointe-Saint-Charles, minutes from Westmount and NDG. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we take you further — at your own pace, in a community that pushes you.
1 to 3 private sessions depending on the package, to master the fundamentals and mobility before joining group classes. Recommended starting point for beginners.
Global consultation
Complete assessment: physical evaluation, nutrition planning, 12-month goals. For those who want a structured plan.
School & sports groups
Team training for schools and sports clubs. Programming adapted to your discipline and level.
Personalized programming
A training program written for you, delivered weekly. Ideal if you want the PRO1 method but solo.
While you train, your kid trains with you. Not in a separate room. Not in daycare. Side by side, under the eye of a coach. Healthy habits transfer through shared movement — not through screens or bench-sitting. You leave stronger. So do they. Together.
And for new moms: the Postnatal program with Josée, kinesiologist. You get moving again progressively, with your baby close to you, in a space designed for it.
Developing each person's health, confidence and full potential
Progress is built on technique, consistency, then intensity.
Across the whole PRO1 ecosystem — training, coaching and lifestyle habits — our mission is to help each person build stronger self-esteem, solid willpower and true physical independence.
We want to give people back their freedom of movement, improve their health and push their limits consciously and sustainably. Performance is built over the long term — never at the expense of health.
Our values

Communicate clearly, directly and precisely.
Authenticity

Resilience
Build strength through difficulty and calm under pressure.
Fun
Foster engagement, human connection and the joy of progress.
Why PRO1
A gym built to help you progress, safely
Our 60-minute group classes are designed to deliver:
Safety
Safe coaching thanks to small class sizes — the coach sees and corrects every person, every session.
Facilities
A spacious, clean and welcoming gym, with large private showers, organic soap and towel service included.
Progression
Periodized programming: every session is part of a cycle with a goal, a start, a progression and an end.
Preparation
A unique mobility and activation system at the start of every session, to reduce injury and boost performance.
Adaptation
Individualized adaptation within every session — exercises, loads and intensity adjusted to your level. Everyone progresses at their own pace, carried by the group's energy.
Longevity
A holistic, longevity-first approach: sleep, nutrition and recovery are part of the system — so you can train for a long time, in good health.

Where are you located?
2221 Rue Pitt, Montreal, QC H4E 1A2 — at the corner of Saint-Patrick and Pitt, in Verdun. In the parking lot where the old water tower is still standing: a unique, easy-to-spot landmark.
Is there parking?
Yes! Private parking lot with 20 spaces + plenty of free street parking. You'll never circle the block.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?
Yes — on-site changing rooms with large private showers, organic soap and free towel service. Free filtered water to fill your bottle.
Do you have childcare facilities?
No traditional childcare room, but something better for active parents: our postnatal program lets you train with your baby nearby in a safe space (mats, toys, rocking chairs). And our Parent-Kid program lets parent and child train together, in collaboration, under a coach's supervision.
