01 · Parent-Kid · Ages 4 to 11

Parent-Kid — move together

You share the workout with your child, in collaboration, under a coach's supervision.

Designed for kids aged 4 to 11, sessions combine CrossFit and HYROX in a functional training approach that draws on both disciplines: challenges that build self-confidence, teamwork and lifelong healthy habits. Several stations are done in turns, one after the other, creating a powerful collaboration dynamic between parent and child.

Our goal isn't performance — it's the joy of physical activity and creating quality moments families will remember for a long time. Because kids learn first and foremost by example, nothing is more powerful than a parent who chooses to move with their child.

CrossFit brings the basic functional movements — running, squatting, pushing, pulling, jumping — taught as play. HYROX brings the circuit and the fun of moving as a team. The two answer each other in a single session, adapted to each child's age and pace.

Schedule: Monday and Thursday, 5:15 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. See the full schedule →

TEEN — for teens aged 11 to 15

TEEN is a class built specifically for teenagers aged 11 to 15. Like Parent-Kid, it brings CrossFit and HYROX together in one functional training approach adapted to their age, to build their fitness and improve their athletic performance.

Through dynamic, age-appropriate workouts, participants build endurance, functional strength, speed, agility and self-confidence, while learning CrossFit and HYROX techniques. Whether it's to complement another sport, take on a new challenge or prepare for a first competition, TEEN offers a motivating, safe and stimulating environment where every teen can progress at their own pace.

Schedule

Tuesdays, 5:15 to 6:00 PM. A 6-week session, September 8 through October 13 inclusive. Spots are limited — write to us to reserve your teen's place.

03 · Safety

Is it safe?

The question every parent asks — and the right one. Yes: with young athletes, progression always starts without load. Kids learn to move well first — running, jumping, squatting — and the challenges follow the technique, never the other way around. No heavy loads, no maxes: movements adapted to each child's age and stage of development.

Groups are small, every session is supervised by an experienced coach — the same team that trains the adults, including a kinesiologist — and for ages 4 to 11, the parent takes part in the session.

    Manal Idbali · May 2026
  • « I wholeheartedly recommend their CrossFit for kids class. My 7 yr old son has been going since last fall, he absolutely loves it. It's a great way to introduce strength training for kids while having fun. Coach varies the circuits every week to keep the kids engaged. »

    Gabriella Laios · April 2026

Frequently asked questions

Kids & teens — your questions

From what age can my child train at PRO1?
The HYROX Parent-Kid class welcomes children aged 4 to 11, accompanied by a parent. TEEN is designed for teens aged 11 to 15. Not sure which program fits your child? Write to us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can my teen train without me?
Yes — TEEN is a coach-led class built specifically for ages 11 to 15. For younger kids, the Parent-Kid class is a two-person experience: you share the workout with your child.
Do the fees qualify for a tax credit?
In Quebec, registration fees for a child's physical activity program may qualify for the children's activities tax credit, subject to Revenu Québec's criteria. We provide a receipt on request — one more reason to get your kid moving.
My child already plays another sport — is this complementary?
Absolutely. Sessions build endurance, functional strength, speed, agility and self-confidence — qualities that transfer directly to soccer, hockey and every sport. Many young athletes use it as complementary physical prep.
